Read bad reviews … I doubt that these clients including myself would lie about the bad experience, rather to warn everyone else and prevent you from making the same mistake … since Viator won’t. Firstly, not a guided tour, it’s dropping you off to 6 sites and suggesting what you can do e.g. riding a speed boat or getting on the ropeway cable car. He showed up happy and enthusiastic even though the day was gloomy and I wasn't very optimistic on our chances of getting a good view.
