“Gerry was great — friendly, knowledgeable, and full of interesting facts. The castle was beautiful, the garden became our highlight, and we only wished for more time there. We loved having plenty of free time to explore on our own, and the meal was tasty with wonderful views from Mount Rokko. Gerry also took fantastic photos of us from all the perfect spots. If you have a moment, visit the tea room in the garden and enjoy a quiet cup of tea. A smooth, memorable day from start to finish.”

“Very intimate encounter in a small commitee with the Gen team in a Japanese house. We were first taught about the instruments, their history and how they are played and then we had a wonderful concert of 5 songs. We could film and take pictures and there was enough time to ask all the questions we had. Overall incredibly heart-warming experience. The musician was truly great”

“Day trip was amazing, it was a nice change to get out of the city and would highly recommend. The nature views and shrines (not temples - I now know the the distinction due to Oli's great tutorledge) were fantastic. Oli as a guide was super approachable and easy to chat with. Onsen was tranquil and nestled within the trees and stone. I feel I couldn't have achieved an onsen experience like that without him. Oli is also attractive.”

“We were a bit unlucky as it was foggy and rainy, covering the view of Mt. Fuji. But the rest of the trip was very nice. Dominik our guide picked up and dropped us off at our hotel in Ginza. “WeiWei was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the local towns, foods, culture and monkeys :) She was very patient as we stayed with the monkeys for over an hour taking photos and observing them. We had a great time with her, and highly suggest booking a private tour, so you can go at your own pace with the monkeys, saki tasting, and a bit more of a local's experience.”
